Fixed a silly oversight for Viktor.

• Fixed typo where Viktor’s max changing time on Default was 154 seconds instead of 15 seconds.

-3c_2

• Fixed a flaw with Cleany’s code after he finishes dancing, where he’d just go back to idle, even if he was cleaning.

Note: Forgot to increment the in-game version number for -3c_2 as labeled (still reads as -3c_1).

-3c_3

• Fixed game not writing anything to the level save, meaning new players couldn’t progress through levels.
• Minor improvement to save data clean up.
• Updated the in-game version number.
